Litmus Production Record Digital Twin Message Conversion Flow is used to convert the base Litmus Digital Twin message into the message structure required by Litmus Production Record Database for Production Record & Tag data ingestion.

User do not have to predefine a Production Record model or Tag definition previously, as this will be done by Litmus Production Record based on the Digital Twin Hierarchy.

Litmus Production Record Digital Twin Message Conversion Flow makes it possible to send data from Digital Twin to Litmus Production Record Database.

There they can used for a wide range of purposes which are not relying on trigger monitoring such as:

• • Energy Monitoring
  • Work processes or production steps
  • Alarms and events
  • Quality Events

If raw tag data are send as well, they can be used by other Production Record Models for example for:

• • Downtime Events
  • Production Traceability Events
  • Maintenance or Turnaround

Digital Twin data recorded by Litmus Production Record Database can further be used for visualization and analytics such as SPC charts.
