Configure the OSI Agent via DH Historian Agent app

The OSI Agent connects to an OSI PI Historian and forwards tag value change events to a Litmus Edge DeviceHub device using the OSI Agent Driver. Each OSI PI tag that the user selects to forward to Litmus Edge is created as a tag under the DeviceHub device and is published under that tag’s topic
